Shipping policy

All sock orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package. Standard domestic shipping takes 5‑8 business days. Free standard shipping is offered for orders over $45; otherwise, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

For international shipments, delivery usually takes 10‑18 business days. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your destination countryShopify. Please note delivery delays may occur due to carrier congestion, weather or customs clearance beyond our control.

If your tracking shows no updates over 7 days or your sock items arrive damaged, kindly contact our support team with your order number. We will assist you to resolve issues promptly. We do not cover return‑shipping costs caused by customer‑side address mistakes.
